Product Description

This Precision Slitting machine has a mild steel plate fabricated body housing hardened and ground rollers. The rollers run inside roller bearings.

The machine has a three gear type roll lifting arrangement with fine battler thread screw to enable adjustments in the roll height.

A pinion gearbox with universal joints drive the rolls, and a worm type gear box enables smooth operations.

It is integrated with an automatic adjustable coiler for accurate winding, and decoiler with clutch type brake for tension setting for correct feeding into the rollers.

The main motor drives the coiler, while a HP AC electric motor is equipped to drive the machine. The machine has a front panel electric control panel that houses on/off switch.

Customer can buy this machine with out without decoiler.
