The bed and top beam in every treadle shearing machine allow to adjust to correct setting and convenient blades removal for achieving accuracy in cutting as well as regrinding. A perfect parallalism of cutting on either side is held by the spring loaded pressure pad. It is possible to adjust the width of the cut and prevent twisting and turning of sheets while cutting, all because of the adjustable front and back gauges with running Tee slots. Square cuts can be made with the facility of square guide on the side of the table. Grinding to the rectangular shapes can be done with the cutting edge blades. Rubber, cardboard, mica, plastic and ribs can be cut with the same blades, but with a slight change in cutting angle and with no sign of squeezing or crushing.
