All Geared Precision Lathe Machine
All geared precision lathe machine features flame hardened bedways with more than 300 BHN hardness, hardened & ground headstock gears and alloy steel spindle running in anti-friction taper roller bearings. The essential components of this machine comprises HP 440 volt 3 phase AC electric motor, 2 MT centres with centre bush, inch & mm gears, R/F switch, V belts, oil can and spanner. The machine comes fitted with completely enclosed dial type oil bath Norton type gear box. The instruction manual and allen keys are provided with the machine.
The four models of this machine that our customers can buy from us differ in size, from 1370mm bed length with 177mm centre height to 2440mm bed length with 215mm centre height.
