TILT HEAD HEAVY DUTY INDUCTION MELTING FURNACE

This is heavy duty tilt head mechanism induction melting furnace. This unit is equipped with medium frequency generator, tilting head and water chiller.

The machine features:

• Latest IGBT switching technology for longer operating life and high efficiency and high performance.
• Absolute alloy homogeneity for excellent finished output is achieved through medium frequency operation of the machine.
• Reduces melting losses due to more uniform distribution of heat.
• Allows use of readily available graphite crucibles.
• The tilt mechanism is so designed that it is easy to pour complete metal in controlled speed.
• It is suitable to run on 440 volts three phase supply and is available in various capacities of 10 kg to 50 kg.
